St. Andrew’s United Church offers a variety of rooms and services for any occasion…
St. Andrew’s was built with more than just church services in mind. We have a number of different locations inside and outside that are available to rent for your special occasion.
Getting Married? Our main Sanctuary (the part of the church with the pews where regular services are held) can hold up to 400 of your guests for your wedding. In addition to the usual features, a sound system and Live Streaming camera system can be added. Guests from around the world can join you on your special day.
The St. James room is the perfect room for smaller meetings or services. It’s beautifully fitted with stylish couches. It’s also equipped with a video screen and a small sound system.
The Narthex is suitable for a small reception or meeting by itself. It’s also a great area to offer refreshments in-between concert or theatrical acts. The small kitchenette can be booked as a part of a larger space rental for you to prepare coffee and treats.
In the basement we have a fantastic hall / auditorium with an adjacent separate room and a functional commercial style kitchen. This space can seat up to 239 guests with a table arrangement or up to 303 with only seats. It’s perfect for meetings and receptions. Rearrange the tables after dinner and you’re ready to dance the night away.
Our building is wheel chair accessible. We have an elevator that goes to the basement hall. Front doors are assisted opening.
Everyone is welcome to rent. Our facilities are suitable for all kinds of events from Weddings, Memorial Services, Group Meetings, etc. Also, our clergy be booked for your event at St. Andrew’s or at some other location in Edmonton. Our technical staff can be added to ensure that our sound and Live Streaming captures your event.
Having an event that needs that special ambiance? Why not book space outside on our grounds. We have areas that are great for concerts, weddings or even winter activities.
